Minecraft Realm Anti Cheat System Addon

One of the biggest issues plaguing the Minecraft realm community is the abundance of griefers and trolls who don't have the best intentions when playing on Minecraft realms. While you are able to ban players in your realm, it can be a struggle to identify who to ban or figure out what caused the problem. Minecraft realms are meant to be a safe and fun place to enjoy Minecraft Bedrock with others but these trolls can at times ruin the game. Thankfully, the community has taken note of this and a certain Minecraft addon developer created a Minecraft realm anti system to help combat this problem and keep realms a fun space.

WHO MADE THIS ADDON REALM

We must dedicate some time in this post to acknowledge the creators of this addon. This add-on is a massive project spanning many years. Production of this realm started back in 2019 and has been continuously updated to work on every update of Minecraft. The five developers of this addon are NightwalkerLots, RomanMender, Mrpatches123, xFallen54x, Samster 10, Baboonie, and others. The team really put their heart and soul into this addon to make it as easy to use as possible. They know what it feels like to have a realm ruined by trolls so they decided to make a way to fix that issue. 

CLEAR LAG

This addon reduces lag in the realm by removing particles, certain animations and much more to make the game run smoother. Having a realm free of lag is essential for players to have a responsive experience. Whenever there are over 100 unique entities in a single location, this addon removes a few of these entities from the space. This is by far one of the most effective ways to reduce lag. If the amount of entities goes above 300, all realm entities will be deleted. This is to ensure the realm does not get corrupted. 

TIME TRACKER

This realm has an optional time tracker that can be applied to anyone in the realm. It will report the total amount of minutes that player has spent on the realm. This can be used to collect data on realm performance and figure out who dedicates the most time on the realm. The time will be shown above the player character so it is easy to spot. 

ANTI COMBAT

This feature is mainly used for pvp realms. Essentially, this feature ensures that each person can be in combat with only one other player at once. This can prevent people teaming on others or cause players from outnumbering another player. It is such a basic but useful feature. This will allow for fair pvp battles amongst players and make it a more inviting experience.

ANTI GRIEFING

One of the most common ways people destroy a realm is through tnt and explosions. Luckily, this add-on has the option to disable all explosions throughout the realm. This includes explosions that come from creepers, tnt, charged creepers, end crystals, ghasts, fire charges, etc. Explosions tend to ruin a significant amount of blocks instantly, making it extremely deadly. This is by far one of the most used and popular features in this addon.

ANTI FLY

Certain players use fly-enabling modifications which allows them to fly around in the world and access certain parts of the realm that a normal realm player would not be able to access. This add-on prevents players from getting an unfair advantage. As soon as the addon detects someone flying, the addon will instantly keep track of the IGN of the person who was flying and will ban them from the realm. 

ANTI BREAK

In the event that you want to construct a hub or lobby for your realm you must need to know about this feature. You can set up a perimeter and inside that perimeter players will not be able to break any of the blocks inside. The blocks will just instantly get replaced and will be basically indestructible. The perimeter can be adjusted to whatever dimensions meet your needs.

X-RAY DETECTION

This feature may come in handy for those creating a survival realm. One of the most common forms of cheating in survival realms is x-ray. X-ray is a type of texture pack that shows you where all the ores are located underground. This makes items such as diamonds extremely easy to find when they are intended to be rare items that require skill and luck in order to find. Those with x-ray enabled have an unfair advantage. This addon will remove the player who uses x-ray as soon as the addon detects it.

ADDON REALM REVIEW:

Without any hesitation this addon gets an extremely well earned 10/10. It is a must download for those new to the addon space and helps make addons the best they can be. I have used this addon before and it has always worked well.
