Playstation Survival SMP Realm

When it comes to the minecraft Playstation scene there are not many YouTubers or influencers who stick to that version of Minecraft. As a result, finding realms as someone on Playstation is extremely difficult since many are on Bedrock Edition. Thankfully, the YouTuber catman joe has created a realm where he and other playstation players can join the realm. 

WHO IS CATMAN JOE:

Catmanjoe is a British YouTuber who many consider the face of Minecraft Legacy Edition as he is one of the few who stayed loyal to playstation. He has been making videos for many years now and has since gained over 50,000 loyal subscribers. He is also the proud owner of the "Forgotten Podcast" where he interviews YouTubers and uncovers their stories and allows them to show their personality. Catmanjoe is most well known for having one of the most loyal audiences in the Minecraft space as he streams for many hours a day. Catmanjoe is very passionate towards his craft so we can't wait to see what he does next.

SURVIVAL:

At its bare basics, this is survival realm SMP where you can expect to construct houses, bases, farms, etc. What makes this server special is the strong community behind it. There are constantly big projects going on where you can contribute, such as when Catmanjoe built a massive bridge and needed the help of the other SMP members. This SMP feels more like a friend group than a public SMP. Catmanjoe usually is on the SMP nearly daily while he is streaming as well. This SMP has cities, towns, and even a newly built subway system to connect all the areas of the realm.

IS THIS REALM WORTH THE MONEY?

So $5 might seem like a lot of money especially considering that making your realm would only cost $3 more dollars. According to some people who purchased this subscription said it was worth their money. Unlike many other YouTubers, catmanjoe goes out of his way to read every single message sent by members. So if you any type of feedback or request, catmanjoe will most likely read what you have to say. The effort catmanjoe is unmatched and he will go out of his way to make sure every member feels included in the SMP. Sometimes catmanjoe even joins calls with realm members to enhance the viewer to creator interaction. For these reasons, many people find the realm worth the money.

PLAYSTATION REALMS:

Since this realm is on the legacy edition of Minecraft, it wont have all the features that Minecraft Bedrock Edition or Java Edition have. So some features such as the Mangrove biome may not be available in this version of Minecraft which could limit the type of creations you make. Many people still enjoy the legacy edition of Minecraft despite its lack of some of the more newer features. Hopefully soon playstation will become a version of Bedrock Edition but considering the rivalry between Xbox (Microsoft, the company who owns Minecraft) and Playstation, it seems unlikely that the two will ever come to an agreement. It's unfortunate but at least we have this amazing realm for legacy edition.
